Join Wasatch Mountain State Park and Wasatch Trails Alliance on July 9th from 9am - 1pm at the Huber Grove for a trail improvement day! We will be working on the visitor center area trails.
Please bring gloves, water in a reusable water bottle and snack. Dress for the weather. Please RSVP to if you are planning on coming.
Thank you!

We need your help to complete the work on new trails at Wasatch Mountain State Park. We are meeting at the Dutch Hollow Trailhead/Parking lot on Sunday June 19 at 8:00 am. We plan to be done by noon.

We have been cutting new trails over Aqueduct Ridge and Burnt Ridge and we have also added a new trail called Flatline which runs from the bottom of 1000 turns over to the Art tunnel at Highway 40. We need to complete the trails by tossing loose rocks and trees and branches off the trail. We also need to cut remaining twigs and roots.

We hope to see you there on Sunday. Bring a bike if you have one. It would be faster to bike to the start of the new trail. We will provide the tools needed. However, if you have a favorite tool, please bring it.

This Saturday, Wasatch Trails Alliance and the Wasatch Mountain State Park are hosting our first of the season Trail Work Day at Dutch Hollow, Midway, UT starting at 9:00 am.

Meet at Dutch Hollow, Midway UT lower parking lot to work on cleaning up the trails to get them ready for summer hiking and biking!

Volunteers will be present with trail maps, and shovels.

Please bring gloves, water in a reusable water bottle and snacks.

Dress for the weather. If the trails are too muddy and we cancel the workday I will send an email out as soon as I can to the people who have RSVP'd.
Please RSVP to if you are planning on coming.

If you can't make it to the May 14th work day here are a few others coming up this summer...

Do you have a group looking for a community project?
Trail work  is a rewarding activity and a great way for your group to give back to our community.
Contact us and we will put you in touch a trail builder.

On Thursday evening, 6/25, over a dozen very fit and enthusiastic racers from the MidWeek MTB Series showed up for a volunteer trail maintenance work session on the Riverview Trail system.
Racers are awarded points by the race promoters towards the end of the year series standings for showing up to trail maintenance days as an incentive to support trails that are used for the events.
The group met the WTA tools trailer at the UVU trail head and cleaned or added water bars and improved two switchback berms on the climb up to the Upper Riverview Trail.
Thanks to Brooke and Luke at MidWeek MTB for the support!
